You don’t have to be perfect to experience progress…
Perhaps this already rings true for you. Or maybe you’re like me - you believe this, but sometimes your efforts are paralyzed by perfection anyway.
My client, Katie*, thought she had to be perfect…
She came to me feeling frustrated - wanting to drop weight and address the pain she experienced in her belly. She said she was in a funk, and felt trapped… without answers.
After lab testing revealed that she had hormone imbalances and an infection in her intestines, I created a custom 90 day protocol for her to follow.
