Making sustainable changes doesn't happen overnight, and clients who commit to a 3 month program tend to experience the best results. However, since we are all unique and this does not work for everyone, I have created health coaching bundles!
Health coaching bundles can be stand-alone support, or can be added to a Functional Lab Test program for extra guidance. All sessions last up to 50 minutes and we meet (over the phone or Skype) every two weeks. Additional bundles can be purchased at any time!
